Dirty - walls were flaking off paint and there appears to be a leak in the walls as it was wet / puddling water. Y the floors. The paint flaking off is gross. The bathroom down hits the cabinet so you have to force it closed. The sofa bed is so uncomfy, squeaks every time you move the slightest and you can hear everything coming from next door. The linen didn’t feel clean for the sofa bed too. It needs to be updated

NZGreat location!! A perfect room for 2 couples as we had our own bedrooms and bathroom each. Also a great little courtyard for enjoying some vinos in the afternoon. A well appointed kitchen and even Netflix. Great communication from the staff and we were given a little booklet of vouchers for discounts at some great restaurants in Varenna. Great aircon in every room
A very slightly musty smell when we arrived but was gone as soon as the aircon on or doors opened. Otherwise it was fantastic
