Only the location

The booking was showing confirmed however when we went to the hotel they said rooms were not available. We were in the same road & we could see they were able to give rooms to the couples in the night which was post 1am of course … I told them my family came from Pune & it was already 11pm but they still kept on saying they didn’t have room .. they offered us mam “ ek non ac room hai chalega aap ko..? We booked it because this hotel was pet friendly & we had husky… I mean you can offer room in the night @ high rate to the couples but not to the families because we got it in cheaper price …😂 what a pathetic & shit show
