Hillside Karakol B&B

Very lovely BNB in a residential neighbourhoos walking distance to the city centre. The owner is fantastic and goes out of his way to make your stay comforable. He was so helpful when I fell sick and had to stay an extra couple days unexpectedly, and was able to get me breakfest early when I had to leave early one day. Breakfast is lovely, good selection and fresh egg-based dishes on request. Would absolutely stay again.

A nice hotel, friendly staff, really nice that we were able to do our laundry here.

Showerhead kept falling down, in the morning (starting from 5am) we were woken up by a rooster crowing and it didnt stop for the next 2 hours.

Super helpful for our 3 day hike letting us store the car and sorting our laundry for a reasonable cost.

It’s a little out of town but it was friendly stop with all that you need, so it wasn’t an issue, and definitely no issue if you have a car or the Yandex taxi app.

Stayed for 2 night, lovely place. Clean and cozy place. The host is super helpful.

The location of the B&B was really quiet in a little side road close to the foothills of the Tianshan. The place was very well equipped, even with a bookshelf stopped with literature about outdoor activities. The host Ahmet was a source of information went out of his way to help me with a technical problem with my Garmin device. I could even use his computer to update the firmware - this helped me greatly in my navigation in the country. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Ahmet was always around to check that everything was to our liking. I would definitely come back and stay again, and I cannot hesitate to recommend this place warmly.
