Hillside Karakol B&B

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ahmet war sehr hilfreich bei der Tourenplanung.

Leider hatte ich beim Duschen immer Pech mit dem Wasserdruck, war aber wohl unterschiedlich. Nachttische und Lampen dazu wären eine Super-Ergänzung.

The guesthouse resembles a hotel in Europe and is very well-equipped. Breakfast was abundant and very tasty. The room was spacious and very quiet, great for a relaxing night after a long day of hiking.

We were a little bit disappointed, as there were two reasons why we chose this guesthouse: 1) the sauna - which turned out to be quite expensive and not included in the price of our stay 2) the arrangable transfers at good prices - which would have been even more expensive than a random taxi on Yandex. Also, the guesthouse is a little bit out of town and you have to walk a lot to get to the busiest areas of Karakol. Even though there were no significant issues with the guesthouse, we regretted our stay a little bit as we found other guesthouses in Karakol a better choice considering everything.
