Helpful and friendly host. Easy check in procedure to follow. Apartment is huge, and spotless clean. Great location and has everything you may need for your stay.

The apartment is at the top of a few flight of stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as there is no lift.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very cozy, clean, well equipped. Very friendly host. Walking distance to Bologna city center, about 25 minutes. Supermarket 5 minutes walk, parking on site. I can sincerely recommend.

Well laid out and very comfortable

Excellent location close to the Bologna fair (10 min walking distance), close to supermarket (ALDI & DM), easy to find from highway, parking in the street was available, very good restaurant 50m from the apartment. Clean and comfortable, all as described on Booking.

Nice sized apartment, very nicely decorated close to a bus route which quickly takes you into the historic area.

The apartment was very clean with the exception of a strong sewer smell originating from under the kitchen sink. I think this smell could be easily addressed with a better sealed plumbing connection for the sink drain into the wall.

Great house and a great host. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is quite far away from the old town.
