This is a huge flat high ceilings and I have never stayed anywhere with 2 chandeliers before. Very thoughtfully decorated the owners have made a good effort in maintaining original features whilst providing modern levels of comfort. This is very well placed close to the high street shops and restaurants with out been to noisy. Close to the old town bridge and there are bus stops nearby. The huge terrace was an added bonus . Taranto it self proved to be better than I was expecting particularly this area which has been modernised without harming the charterer of the town.

some noise from one of the bars on the street but it finished fairly early.

Excellent location near the bridge to the old city and close to the archeological museum. A spacious apartment with all the necessary facilities. The bedroom is a knockout with the stare vaulte ceiling and chandelier. The layout is somewhat unusual but the terrace would have been a great asset if our weather had been better. The staff were helpful and we were offered an early check in..There is public parking close by which costs €12 a day via a parking ticket dispenser.

Operating the door to the balcony requires post graduate qualifications in Italian window and door engineering.
