We absolutely loved our stay in San Gimignano and our accommodation was a highlight. Such a lovely apartment, cozy, and close to shops and restaurants. The host was super lovely and communicative, it was a real bonus to have a washing machine to use too.

There was nothing we didn’t like at all. The heating and gas takes a little bit of getting used to, but once that’s sorted and you understand what to do it wasn’t a problem.

Great layout and much prettier than the pictures. We loved having 2 bathrooms. Owner was very quick to respond and great to deal with. Very clean and we loved having a washing machine during our trip. Park in P3 which is about a 5-10 minute walk.

Nothing it was great!

The host provided clear instructions on check in times, where to park, how to get the keys and recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. We had a problem with the gas supplier for hot water, but the video to reset it was very clear and easy to follow. Further communication during our stay was also very useful and helpful. We would highly recommend this property as a great place to explore the town and the surrounding Tuscan area. Easy to get to and recommend parking in Car Park 3 and early as it does get very busy!!

Only minor thing was that the iron didn't work and ironing board was not available.

The apartment is in a great location, and Erica was a good host, being very responsive to any questions.

It was very hot and there are two portable air conditioners which were not very cooling at all. It was very hard to sleep in the heat. There were a few issues with the power and gas turning off and a book with trouble shooting would be most appreciated.
