"One of the better options in the DECA area."

Peter the caretaker is a wonderful man! He is available anytime and willing to run you around the local area. Plenty of local businesses to support in easily walkable distance. Clark and Angeles are an easy Grab ride away for only 200 PHP or so. The wifi worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. I should have taken a picture but the top of the stairs now include a desk. We felt safe here and enjoyed our stay

The house can use a deep cleaning.

The caretaker was very friendly! The apartement is nice and cozy and the value for money is OK

The surrounding area is not very nice. There are some things that need to be fixed in the apartement, focet in bath, kitchen door, etc.
