a registration on their site given was not possible because of tecnichal problems, so i send my passport. It was not enough. No help or alternativ help for check in was possible. In 15 years of travelling and self check in i never had this before. I couldnt believe it. It was already payed and i have to book another hotel. I warn everyone choosing this stay and provider. Mafia-like. Unable to help if there are technical problems. totally untrustworthy.

Super Lage.

Nicht sehr komfortabel, Bett furchtbar. Badezimmer sehr dreckig, Wasser läuft schlecht ab.

Great room for a short stay. Comfortable and clean. The location is ideal, minutes from the local shops, restaurants and the sea. I recommend this place for anyone passing through Porto Venere.

Porto venere ist eine Wunderschöne (Touri-) Hafenstadt. Es hat viele romantische Gassen und eine wunderschöne fussgängerzone. Das Apartment war sauber

Das Appartment ist mit dem geringsten ausgestattet. Man bekommt frische Handtücher ,es gibt ein Mini Kühlschrank, der ist aber auch wirklich mini, sodass man kaum etwas unterbringen kann, es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine kleine Teeauswahl, zwei Müslischlüsseln, 2 Gläser und 2 Löffel. An Frühstück im Appartment ist weniger zu denken. Leider gibt es nur ein Fenster, an frische Luft ist auch hier nicht zu denken, da das appartment direkt zur Fußgängerzone liegt und unter dem Appartment ein Seerestaurant ist. Man findet hier weder einen Besen, noch Klammern für Wäsche, Wäscheleinen gibt es allerdings vor dem Fenster. Wer die Akkustik einer belebten Stadt zu schätzen weiss, wird es hier lieben, denn das fenster ist nicht 100% zu, wenn man es schließt, eher so 77,2%. So kann man bis spät in die Nacht Gesprächen, Getümmel und der küchenklingel des Restaurants lauschen sowieso Hundegebell oder der neubelieferung der Geschäfte und Restaurants am morgen mit einem Bollerwagen. Von einem Besuch mit Kind würde ich persönlich dringend abraten.

Il venerdì a Portovenere c’è l’invasione dei teenagers, hanno fatto casino tutta la notte e non era possibile chiudere la finestra in quei giorni di caldo assurdo. Il sabato notte invece tutto ok.

The room was centrally located and reasonably priced (by comparison to other central options).

Unfortunately the room and bathroom were grubby. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very soft. There was a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs. There was only one tea bag and no cups. Poor directions and check-in instructions. Old school, depressing decor. The bedroom needs a bit of a revamp, ideally including double-glazed windows to deal with the noise from downstairs.

The room was on a busy tourist street. I heard a lot of "street noise" even through late at night. There weren't any cups or glasses in the room. It was also very difficult to locate the room.
