Appartamento pulito e accogliente, in ottima posizione e con tutti i servizi necessari. Host gentilissimo e super disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Tutto é stato super

assolutamente tutto, casa molto curata, proprietario davvero molto gentile, disponibile e presente, breve aneddoto eravamo ad arma di taggia di sabato sera e abbiamo squarciato la gomma, ovviamente era tutto chiuso e il giorno dopo pure, non sapendo come fare, perché senza ruotino di scorta, senza attrezzi e cric eravamo bloccati, il proprietario quando ha saputo di questo piccolo incidente ci ha subito dato la sua disponibilità, ci ha accompagnato in macchina fino a prendere tutto quello che ci serviva e accompagnato fino a cambiare la ruota, veramente molto gentile. Da tornare assolutamente merita davvero tanto. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Sehr angenehmes Appartment mit viel Platz, von der Waschmaschine über Haarschampoo bis zu Grundprodukten in der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden. Leider hatten wir nicht ausreichend Zeit, das alles zu nutzen und zu genießen. Wir kommen wieder!

Prima appartement en vriendelijke gastheer.

Parkeren is erg lastig en prijzig in de buurt.

Large apartment , perfect for families! Busstop in the street, foodmarkets a few minutes walk and not too far from the center of Sanremo with shopping and restaurants. Fantastic view! You must rent a bike and try the fantastic cycle path along the coast, about 40 km totally! Not perfect 5 stat apartment, but great value for the money! I would stay here again If we GO to the center of Sanremo again.

The closest beaches Are not so good, I recomend to take the bus and find better beaches a few km away.

The location was exactly what we needed for our 5-member family. Three bedrooms were a luxury for us! The quality/price ratio was excellent. The apartment was renewed, modern, clean and welcoming. We are sorry we only stayed one night! The host was very nice, keeping in touch with us re arrival and how to get to the flat, and offering a wonderful breakfast the morning of our departure. We couldn't have asked for more! Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento Vista mare. Il padrone di casa è stato genitlissimo e premuroso con noi, dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per accedere all'appartamento, per muoverci in Sanremo e per la colazione al mattino, gentilmente offerta da lui! L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, dotato di tutto ciò che serviva alla nostra famiglia di 5 persone, addirittura tre camere da letto! Abbiamo apprezzato molto tante attenzioni, come la presenza di libri e giochi in scatola; tanti asciugamani per ciascuno; il silenzio del posto, nonostante sia in piena città; la vicinanza, con il centro storico.

Finding a parking slot and the entrance to the place, with its 40 steps, was a bit challenging, but our host guided us with all the info we needed. L'arrivo - trovare il parcheggio e la scalata dei circa 40 scalini per accedere - è stato un'avventura. Però una volta sistemati, non era male; inoltre, il nostro host ci aveva dato tutte le info per trovare il posto e parcheggio.
