Good location and clean hotel

All perfect no complaints

Only good part was bed being comfy

No tv remote therefore tv useless couldn't use kettle unless holding it then no staff present on site at all which is surely illegal especially when people are taking drugs on premises setting off the fire alarm multiples on my first night then second night whilst my son there they're arguing all from room 12 again no staff to deal with absolute disgrace and the reason I'm reporting them today as I didn't even stay the third night I booked another hotel

Location was perfect, price was amazing, would definitely stay again

Comfort of the beds was perfect

Other than the cleaners being friendly there was very little positives

Filthy room and horrible smells in both the bathrooms and the corridors not to mention the bedsheets were filthy with dried blood on them and what looked like urine stains also smells of drug use at night time was prominent

The smell, the window shelf was dirty and carpet.

Bed was clean and comfortable

Needed hoovering couldn’t work the tv. Toilet light string broke impossible to reach
