Nothing as the hotel did not give us the rooms stating the hotel is completely booked

We booked the room at around 10 and when we reached the hotel at 11 pm I was informed the hotel was fully booked and they don't know why booking dot com is taking bookings

Address was wrong Room was not ready, they asked to pay extra 500 for other room Finally I paid 300 and did checkin
