Easy to communicate with the hosts. If you're coming from Olbia, they have an office downtown where you can complete the registration in person if you want to. Otherwise, everything was fast and easy via WhatsApp. Finding the flat was super easy, they sent us clear instructions with Google Maps + pictures, it was easy. Excellent location, I recommend this place.

Great size apartment

Location was amazing, right on the promenade and heart of Porto Cervo

I had to contact the host as instructions were not provided to me. Upon calling the host, he could only speak Italian so it was difficult to figure out what he was saying on the phone, so we moved to texting instead. Note that apartment has only 1 AC unit in the living room, but we opened the room door at night and it was fine. The shower is very strange and isn't fully covered, so as I was travelling with a friend, the other person had to leave the room so that one of us could shower in private. I had to request for wifi as no instructions were provided, and on one of the days we were woken up with a rude shock when the door was opened by the cleaner, who was incorrectly instructed on our checkout date.
