Posto accessibile, accogliente, ben servito! L' appartamento bello con la sua terrazza, peccato che sono stata una notte, però ho dormito molto bene.

Mancata pulizia sotto il letto e sotto il mobile di camera! E la cucina chiusa. Dal resto tutto benissimo,

Troppe zanzare e struttura da fare qualche lavoro

La posizione è eccellente, l’appartamento è situato a pochi metri dal centro , ampia, riservata e con una splendida veduta

Logement pas très propre, extrêmement humide et équipements très limités voire vétustes

Piccole cose: TV non funzionanti Macchina caffè non funzionante e essendo chiusa la cucina al mattino neanche un caffè Al tramonto arrivano le zanzare e non avevamo neanche un fiammifero per accendere gli zampironi (comunque in dotazione della casa)

Nice location, amazing view

1. misleading advertisement: I paid for a 2-bedrooms appartment. However, when I arrived at the place, the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom were locked. The owner replied that "I had to ask it in advance that I want both rooms." And he denied the partial reimbursement. 2. the place was never renovated since more than 30 years and it is full of humidity and it smells awful. My respiratory problem became worse during the night. 3. There is not Internet wifi provided. 4. The kitchen can not be used. Its glass door is closed and neither the fridge nor the stove work. In addition, an awful smell comes out. 5. The bathroom sucks. The toilet flush does not work. I had to press it more than 3 times to remove the feces, but it didn't work at all. The shower door does not close, as a result the water is spread outside the shower cabin. 6. The coffee machine is decorative. It does not work (wasn't even connected to the plug) and the coffee capsules are expired since last year. 7. The keys are left in a locker with a 4-digit code. The 2nd digit can not be put, because it is blocked. We tried with a another key, with a pen, with a pincer for the eyebrows in vain.... After 15min, a local Italian guy helped us to enter the 2nd digit which was blocked. 8. The electric plugs are very old (since early '90s) and obsolete. Our modern devices (Ipads, laptops) could not be connected to electricity.
