Sunny Apartment with Terrace.River view!

Estaba cerca del puerto y bien conectado con bus/tranvía. Tenia una buena terraza aunque le falta un toldo para el sol de la tarde.

Es un 4 piso sin ascensor. El último día de la calor nos salieron cucarachas en la terraza y en el baño💀. Al hacer el check-out nos pidió dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento pero la puerta del portal se abre con llave, le pedimos que si podiamos dejar las llaves en el buzón y nos ignoró, repitiendonos que las dejaramos dentro del apartamento, subimos y bajamos 4 pisos porque no le apeteció que lo dejaramos en el buzón (poco empatico después de subir esas escaleras 150 veces). El sofa cama esta torcido y es incomodisimo y la bañera traga poco por el desague y no parece muy bien mantenida.

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, verfügt über eine schöne, möblierte Dachterrasse. Die Innenstadt von Lissabon ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, es gibt aber auch Haltestellen des Nahverkehrs in der näheren Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ein Club, es kann nachts etwas lauter werden, hauptsächlich, wenn sich die Gäste nachts vor dem Haus unterhalten.

Schöne Terrasse , gute Ausstattung, alles was gebraucht wurde war vorhanden

The property is lovely, in a great location! The apartment comes with everything you need. Really good communication with the host, her friend that showed us around the apartment was also lovely and super friendly:) We loved our stay and would definitely be back. Thank you Sofia:)

Only thing to mention is that the apartment is above a club that obviously play music into the evenings this was not an issue for us but if travelling with younger children it could be.

Sehr gute lage und schöne terrasse

Es gab kaum warmes Wasser,wir mussten eiskalt duschen.Es hat gestunken im Treppenhaus und überall waren Kakerlaken verteilt. der service war schlecht bei notfällen wurde nicht sofort gehandelt sondern immer erst nach stunden oder erst am nächsten tag (fehlendes Toiletten Papier,Stromausfall)

A really beautiful apartment! A traditional feel, whilst also being modern and comfortable.

The shower needed a little updating. If you are tall you cannot fit under it, and the drain is blocked. It would be helpful if there were some hooks or places to store towels when they are drying.

Very good location, the gentleman who checked us in (Julian) was very kind and told us some good places to see. i’ve seen other reviews about the clubs below, yes they are noisy and go on until 6 but they are not as bad as people were making it out to be, it was a nice little bit of background noise. the rain was louder but we can’t do anything about that! i would also like to mention there are a lot of stairs to get to the room as it is the very top floor. amazing view and a great look out onto the bridge and the sunset behind it

the water is shared with the other apartments so we had a cold shower some evenings. one of the stove tops has a fault and didn’t cook as well as we would like but the others work well. the light at the top of the stairs didn’t work but we had flashlights so it wasn’t a bother for us.

Location was good for access to the historic parts of Lisbon. Decent equipment for self catering.

Broken light switch at top of stairs immediately outside the front door meant that you were in darkness when leaving and locking up. As this was potentially dangerous we requested this to be fixed but it was not completed in our 3 night/4 day stay. The sensor light at the bottom of the stairs worked but went off after a few seconds when ascending the stairs. Other reviews mention a nightclub in the building but as we were 4 floors up at the top of the building, we also thought this would not be an issue. However, it is not just a nightclub, it is a SUPERCLUB called the Kremlin in the basement of the building, which has been there since the 90's. It has a DEEP techno theme from 12midnight to 6.20am on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The club has a FUNKTION 1 sound system which means the bass isn't just heard, its felt as a vibration right through to the top floor and was impossible to sleep for 2 nights of our stay which ruined our trip to Lisbon. The apartment is not actually liveable during these days of the week and this should be mentioned as it is unfair to not inform customers who would obviously expect to get some rest during their stay. (There are actually 2 other nightclubs on the ground floor of the building in front of this one but this was not a problem as they did not have the same kind of sound system).
