Charmant Suites a Boutique Hotel Can Tho

The hotel was in a great location for walking to the river and wharf and the surrounding restaurants. The lobby and bar area were lovely to sit for a quiet drink. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The bathroom does not offer privacy, with only a glass wall between the bathroom and the bed. The pool does not have anywhere to sit or lay around, the only option are banana lounges submerged in the water. The rooftop bar and restaurant were very quiet, which did not offer any atmosphere

Location and lobby

Duvet on the bed had a prominent feces stain indicating that the duvet was not washed / cleaned between guests . The cleaning staff should have easily seen this stain. Also had to check out of our room between the second and third day and assigned a new room. We had to pack up and wait 2 hours before we could move into the new assigned room. Finally, the rooftop bar was closed.

Ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Can Tho. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war wirklich nett und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag frisch geputzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren während der vietnamesischen Ferien da und scheinbar scheint das Hotel bei Einheimischen ebenfalls recht beliebt zu sein. Es waren viele Familien mit Kindern und große Gruppen dort. Der Pool war konsequent überfüllt und da die Zimmer recht hellhörig sind, haben wir viel von draußen auf den Fluren gehört (laute Gespräche, kreischende Kinder). Da viele Leute Touren zum Floating Market machen, kam dies auch täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden (gegen 4-5 Uhr) vor. Die Leute schienen da leider wenig rücksichtsvoll zu sein und haben teilweise die Türen geknallt und sich lautstark auf den Fluren unterhalten. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts.
