The location is top, on foot it's less than 5 minutes away from the nearest beach, about 5 minutes away from a great supermarket (Tigre), sea view from the windows, nice and clean area. The place is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all necessities. The host is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

During our stay the A/C unit, on the bedrooms side, started having some malfunction, but the host was very helpful in finding a temporary solution by dropping off a new fan. We appreciated her immediate response. Other than that, her place is amazing!

Locație excelentă dotată cu toate facilitățile. Foarte aproape de plajă, în împrejurimi restaurante, magazine, parc de distracții, precum și punctele de atracție din Pescara. Benedetta ne-a fost de mare ajutor, foarte implicată in ceea ce face.

Totul a fost excelent.

Great location, very comfortable apartment, great kitchenware, nice host. Very spacious apartment for a family of two and a workation trip.

I'd suggest installing the moscito nets on the windows, as it's impossible to open the windows in the evening.

Very nice, clean, cozy and beautiful apartment, the apartment has everything for living, very good location, next to the beach, next to the bus stop, cafe, supermarket. We are very happy, we liked everything very much, if we come back then only to this apartment! Thank you very much Benedetta for the comfort, hospitality, for help in various matters!

Everything was great. Big apartment, clean and with sea view. Close to bus station, supermarket. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Coffee shop and restaurants also very close. We strongly recommend it, and we surely come back.
