Seagulls Cottage in the heart of Exmouth

Exactly as described and shown in the pics: a lovely cottage, tastefully presented, cosy, warm, and quiet even though so close to central Exmouth. Comfortable bed too.

The cottage was clean and welcoming and exactly as stated in the advert. The beds were clean and comfortable and the outside seating area was lovely.

Inside, the seating was adequate but not comfortable. There were ants in the kitchen. I have mobility issues and would have appreciated being told that the cottage was on a steep slope and any parking involved uphill as well as downhill walking..

Cottage was well equipped, comfy (including beds) and thoughtfully decorated. Felt like a home. Great to have a pleasant outdoor space . Good location for easy access into Exmouth - under 10 minutes to the station. WiFi worked well and games and dvds were provided. Communication with the owners was good providing easy instructions on location of cottage etc. Would stay here again

Would have liked to be able to park nearer to cottage rather than in the long term car park - imperial recreational car park. Didn't stop us having an enjoyable time though. Can stop outside cottage to drop off cases etc.

Cozy living room + big kitchen with dining area & exit for back yard (i liked the cat). Master bedroom+3 single beds room with closet & Very nice bathroom on the second floor.

1. Ants were all over us for the first night, the next morning housekeeping fixed that. 2. I recommend putting tape with identification for all the utility suckets. 3. I recommend a way to contact housekeeping beside phonecall for tourists without this option (via internet)
