This apartment is bigger than the pictures appear. Lots of space, very comfortable & lovely kid friendly neighbourhood. About 30min walk to centre of town. Train system to Cinque Terra so easy & enjoyable.

Coffee pod machine had no pods & no other coffee maker or kettle provided. Used a pot to boil water which was fine. Didn't bother us but it may others.

la moustiquaire appréciable, la situation proche de la gare et des Cinque Terre. Les chaines françaises de la télévision.

Le manque d ustensiles de cuisine, la casserole usagée, les couteaux qui ne coupaient pas

De grootte van het appartement en privé parkeerplaats bij het appartement.

Het mag veel beter gepoetst worden, met name de badkamer en de keuken.

"Prima appartement in La Spezia"

De locatie (alles op loopafstand) en het appartement zijn prima. Alles aanwezig in het appartement. Wasmachine/vaatwasser top. Communicatie met de eigenaar ook goed. Reageert snel.

Het was erg heet en geen airco in de slaapkamer. Ook zou een klein tafeltje in de woonkamer handig zijn omdat daar alleen airco is en je daar dan kunt zitten.
