Disappointing Experience. I recently had the opportunity to stay this property located near Khopoli,Unfortunately, my experience was subpar due to cleanliness, maintenance, amenities. The electricity issue was , At 1:30 AM, the MSEB switch was switched off without prior notice. Unfortunately, the attendant was unaware of this action and showed no initiative to rectify the situation. Compounding the issue, the attendant's phone was switched off during the night, leaving no means to contact them for assistance. Given the amount we paid ,expected a better experience. Considering the issues we faced, I strongly believe that a full refund is warranted. The lack of proper maintenance/cleanliness/significantly impacted our stay, and it's only fair that we receive our money back. I would not recommend to others without reservations. Potential guests should be aware of [specific issues] before booking. Hopefully, the management will address these concerns and improve their services to prevent similar experiences. To the management, I would suggest taking immediate action to resolve the issues mentioned and providing a refund to affected customers. This would help rebuild trust and improve the property's reputation.

Deserted. No one was there. Need to wait for 15 min for person to arrive to handover keys. Poor cleaning.

Everything was pretty good even food is amazing in very low price it’s unbelievable at such location. I was with family including children. They were happier in the place. No one will disturb you, you can stay like your own home.

I don’t think anything need to be better as everything was already pretty good.
