Lovely property, great location, professional friendly staff on complex, Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend for a Florida vacation, and we will book again. Thanks for a great stay.

The community was very nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Maintenance staff were good Washer and dryer worked well

Bed on first floor very uncomfortable (very soft) forcing us to find a better bed upstairs We had to have maintenance several times 1-no hot water (fixed) 2-dishwasher kept blowing a fuse 3- sink drained slow and finally wouldn’t drain at all 4-blinds were all tangled so we were unable to let any light in. Came for sunshine not to sit in the dark BUT THE two WORST things were : 1—there were two remotes for the tv. One was a Roku and the other was a Sprectrum. We could watch on Roku but since there were no instructions we couldn’t watch the superbowl or the Winter Olympics. 2-The ABSOLUTE WORST THING was the thermostat. We had at least three people try to set it and it never worked. We were always hot. Too hot to sleep comfortably. We asked to have it set at68degrees and the air came on for a little while but by morning it was 77degrees. Was very glad to go home SUGGESTIONS 1-provide instructions for tv remotes 2-have night lights in hallways and bathrooms 3- replace thermostat to something simple 4-remove some dishes because all the cabinets were full of stuff so no room for any food we bought. Had to store it on the floor We were there for a month. Some of our problems may have been solved if the unit had been inspected before we got there

O condomínio é ótimo, com piscina, parquinho e parque de água para as crianças. A casa é confortável, totalmente equipada, com uma suíte ampla no andar debaixo e mais dois quartos confortáveis no andar de cima. Possui uma cozinha com todo o necessário, utensílios, fogão e forno, microondas, geladeira, lava louças. Possui máquina de lavar e secar roupa, tábua e ferro de passar, secador de cabelo. Os dois banheiros possuem chuveiro e banheira. A casa em geral estava limpa, e a localização é excelente, especialmente para quem quer ir nos parques da Disney. Tem inúmeros restaurantes, supermercado e conveniências nos arredores. Ficamos por um mês e foi realmente como passar as férias em casa, muito conveniente! O lixo tem que ser descartado fora da unidade, o que não foi um problema. A quantidade de amenidades deixadas para nossa chegada foi excelente, shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, sabão para as duas máquinas, enfim, extremamente úteis para a nossa chegada com duas crianças pequenas até nos instalarmos. As comunicações com os proprietários foi ótima e eles foram muito gentis e atenciosos!!! O estacionamento é amplo e na frente da casa. Tivemos uma excelente experiência e voltaríamos novamente!

Os colchões poderiam ser mais novos, mas não eram desconfortáveis. As janelas não possuem blackout, mas nós compramos por 10 dólares um blackout removível que pudemos colocar por dentro da persiana e já foi suficiente para resolver a claridade matinal.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Enchanted Townhome Villa and had a wonderful time. The villas were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property offers plenty of great facilities including a swimming pool, outdoor tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, a fitness centre, and indoor games – all easily accessible and well-maintained. One small suggestion would be to consider providing essential items such as tissue paper and washing liquids for both the dishwasher and washing machine, which would make the stay even more convenient.

Kids were super itchy after the first night of sleeping there, not sure if maybe the beds had bed bugs? we washed all of the sheets and it still was a bit iffy.

Location was excellent, 15-20 mins away from all parks, target and public round the corner for food shopping.

Couldn't adjust the thermostat, was warm for us but when the Aircon kicked in it was great!!! Once we were acclimatised to the heat we were ok....arrived in above average temps for February.
