The property is in a great location in Karol Bagh near the motorcycle vendors which allowed easy ability to rent and return for my trip

Location is Very Good, Near Metro Station Only, Room Was Clean, Service Was Very Very Good. Will Be Visiting Again Soon.

Linen very neet and clean, just like new. Room space sufficient than other in this rate category. Staff behaviour good, no complaint. Satisfactory stay. No bad smell and No insects found in room.

Tea served after 8 a.m. that should be provided early morning.

- I felt safe. - Staff has been pleasantly and quickly responsive before we came at the hotel as much as during the stay. Great sense of service and you get what's shown/told (which to be honest has been rarely the case in india from my own experience). - Good location - near the metro and the karol bagh market without being completely in the congested streets (but the area still gets crowded during busy hours of the day making it difficult to even walk around the area which could be a bit overwhelming). - Rooms : clean and spacious (we took a triple bed room), quiet. There is a lift for heavy luggage and/or staff is happy to help as well to bring your stuff to the room. - there is a separation between the "showering space" and the toilets (hallelujah! So you don't have to walk wet feet in the bathroom - this is a detail but luxury point which is pleasant) :) - wifi works well - food facility is there - food is good

This a small detail : There is a window in the room but which accommodates the AC - remaining part of the window are covers with a black tape type thing. So it's good for a short stay and can be frustrating to not have proper sunlight in the room for a longer stay. Not sure though if it's the case for all rooms of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, but we couldn't take it every day as we were out. Food other than bf was also excellent & tasty. The reception & staff are also very helpful and cooperative.

Furniture accessories could be fixed properly. Electrical accessories did not help us as we have flat pin plugs.
