Enges, hohes Stiegenhaus. Koffer kaum möglich hinaufzubringen. Mit verletztem Fuß nicht machbar und trotzdem haben sich die Besitzer geweigert einvernehmlich auszulösen. Wir haben das Zimmer nach 1 Tag verlassen. Der Parkplatz war 3 km entfernt und mit dem Rad auch nicht erreichbar.

Rovinj is beautiful and the room we stayed in was lovely with a great view. Unfortunately, on the morning we were to leave, my wife was having a shower and on opening the cubicle door it suddenly imploded shattering glass all over the bathroom, severely cutting her hands which resulted in her needing stitches and a possible reattachment of a tendon. The management company assisted us in arranging transport and medical assistance for which we are grateful.

Whilst at the medical centre we received messages from the owners making totally unfounded accusations that my wife caused the damage deliberately by punching the shower door during a supposed argument. It was also made clear that I was to leave my wife and return to the room to remove our belongings by check out. There was absolutely no concern to my wife's wellbeing, no apologies, only a demand for 500 euros which we have refused to pay. Booking.com have supported us while this has been in dispute and suggested that we leave this review. By all means stay here but please be warned.
