"Our apartment on Water Street was a good location outside city centre with free street parking and short walk to River C"

Outside city centre but 1 short block to River Cam and a lovely 15 min walk into town. Green Dragon pub at end of street excellent. Large rooms, washing machine (no dryer). Virtually instant responses from staff.

Apparently we followed a long-term renter who left stains and burn marks on furniture, and clearly had smoked in the room. Bed small and very uncomfortable.

Room 3. In quiet area, parking easy, great large bathroom, shower good, clean, good ventilation on ground floor coffee machine nice touch. Comfortable bed Cleaning excellent- weekly. Close to river Cam and pleasant 1/2 hr walk into Cambridge central.

TV annoying Why can’t I just switch in and watch???? Recycle bin wound be good

"Lovely little flat in a great location"

The owner waited for us and was extremely nice and helpful.

There was some light coming through the door window but the owner fixed it in no time.

It was so modern and clean, felt really relaxed :)

Could of been a bit closer as the walk to cambridge centre was 40 minutes

"Superb"

The location was right near the river and easy access to walk into town. Also had a shop and restaurant nearby. The apartment was modern and clean and provided all facilities with additional food and coffee pods.

The bed was not very comfortable.
