Serenity Stone House, a Blissful Retreat

Casa in pietra caratteristica e ben tenuta. Sala con cucina grande e ben fornita. Letti comodi e stanze spaziose. Terrazza stupenda con vista panoramica su Heraklion. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort compresa lavapiatti e lavasciuga. L’host è una persona molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato un’ottima vacanza conciliando tranquillità in casa, lunghe giornate in giro per le indimenticabili spiagge dell’isola e uscite serali nella movimentata Heraklion.

Il bagno rispetto al resto della casa è la zona più sacrificata, nonostante la doccia sia comunque spaziosa. La posizione è strategica rispetto al poter visitare l’isola in ogni sua parte e si trova a 15min da Heraklion. Tuttavia il paese dove è situata la casa è un piccolo borgo antico, oramai poco servito quindi difficile da raggiungere senza macchina.

Wow. Beautiful house fully furnished with an incredible view on top. Very professional hosts with great communication. Cretan hospitality on full display. Thank you. Oh beds are exceptional.

Parking was a small bit of drama. A small car is better for the narrow streets but this is not a criticism of the hosts. Just something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway. The house is located in a quiet area, allowing you to enjoy peace and tranquility. The top floor offers a stunning view of Heraklion and the sea, which is especially beautiful at sunset. The air is clean and fresh, filled with the scents of mountain herbs. The house is just 12 km from the city, but this is Crete, and the real experience begins where the hotel or house ends. A car is essential here, as the true charm of the island unfolds during your explorations. This place became a true oasis of peace and beauty for us. We recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation!

A lovely, well equipped house with a spacious kitchen/eating area, great for cooking! The terrace has a BBQ place with a beautiful view over Heraklion. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway! The owners were very forthcoming and helpful.

The village is very small, for a bakery etc one has to walk/drive to the next village

The property is in a peaceful location in a beautiful village. The stone house itself is very well maintained and is fully equipped with the necessities. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

The mattresses are quite hard, and the toilet pump is pretty loud and close to the bedrooms, making sleep a little uncomfortable.

Our stay in Serenity was quite beautiful. Kostas was helpful and responsive to everything we needed. The house is cozy, comfortable, clean and equipped with all we may needed. Really peaceful and quit place close to Heraklion (20 min from the center). City view and calmness in the terrace was also stunning.

Kostas the owner of the house was very helpful with everything that we needed in our stay! The house had everything that we needed! It felt like home ! He provided to us a lot information about sightseeing , food places and beaches! He even booked me a table in the panigiri at Agios Myronas! It was a great experience! The house was very clean and a simple nice breakfast was provided! The terrace beautiful with a great view to the northern part of Crete! We would visit again with happiness!
