Cozy Retreat King Bed Fast Wi-Fi Beach

The direction on how to lock the door needs to be updated. It said to press any numbers and the door will lock but the only way to lock the door was to press and hold the check. The thermostat was difficulty to operate. The closet door was locked and could not open in one of the bedrooms which made me very suspicious because I would like to do a check an inspect every room and closet before my family stay overnight in any vacation property. Otherwise, the property was very nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property for vacation.

The location and the amount of room in the home was adequate for the amount of people we had. Very comfortable.

1. Ceiling fan in master bedroom makes noise when on. 2. The climate control didn't work wasn't able to lower the temperature and the controller is very loose on the wall. Renters should have the ability to adjust temperature to a desired comfort level 3. There was no iron or ironing board 4. The bedroom #2 closet was locked with a key so wasn't able to hang clothes up in closet. 5. Had to disconnect the ROKU to try and figure out how to get the TV to work. There was a check out calender on the TV but it didn't allow us to proceed to whatever is next. It also seems like the wifi was intermittent as well. Had to use cell phone.

Property was in a good location

We arrived at our determined check in time to find the unit was not cleaned after the last guest. The manager said he would refund some money but of course never did. It took 3 hours for us to actually get in our unit waiting on the cleaning staff.

The location

The entrance door to the apartment was nasty and I didn’t want to touch it. The bathroom on the left tub was rusting I could not bath in it, there was a dirty towel behind the lap in the bedroom on the left side of the apartment. Let’s not talk about crumbs inside the sofa.

The people that clean the unit need to clean corners occasionally. They were filthy.

I loved the layout of the condo and the location.
