NMS Grand View

The room I stayed in was very comfortable with very efficient AC and a very good quality bed. Also a separate living area and kitchen with filtered drinking water and a refrigerator Also the staff were very friendly and helpful so many thanks to Priti Hari Geeta &Santosh

It seemed a bit wasteful to have such a big kitchen area but no way to prepare any food. No pots or pans and no small stove . It just seemed that the kitchen was a bit incomplete

Having a shared kitchen and lounge. Pool was a plunge pool but was a plus on a hot day.

Beds were comfortable.

The balcony was missing the whole door. The staff was very unprofessional and were not hospitable at all. A simple question about tea or coffee was dealt with a statement "why are you arguing". No cleaning was done. No linen or towels were replaced. The almirahs were very dirty. Staff knew neither English nor Hindi which made it very difficult to ask anything.
