Affordably Elegant Apartments close to Coop live, Etihad Stadium and Manchester City centre

Not the cleanest of areas but a good location with shops close by, a retail park next door and within good distance of the Man City ground and Coop Live. Great for an overnight stay but wouldn’t like to stop any longer-it served its purpose to go to a concert at Coop Live but not a holiday destination. Good communication with the owner.

Basic accommodation that could do with a more modern bathroom and a generally good deep clean. Parking outside is difficult due to the business down below but you can park in surrounding streets. Hard mattress although lovely clean, crisp bedding

Convenient for MCR city centre and easy to find

Needed a place to stay with my son close to the coop arena. This was a good choice but about a 50 minute walk. Spotlessly clean and a friendly host. Comfortable bed.

Parking is available on street but it’s a very small road and could be difficult.

The location was fairly convenient, right on a bus route to the city centre or to Co-op Live.

I was told a few days before arrival that I would not have access to a kitchen, which was annoying. There was a kettle and microwave, but the only thing I really wanted was a fridge, as it was very warm and, consequently I couldn't keep drinks cold. The toilet seat was stained and really needs replacing. The coded lock was very difficult to use and probably needs replacing.

Very informative host, attentive and made us feel at ease

Parking when we first reached was minimal however it was explained that sometimes locals use the area to park also.
