La casina ha rispecchiato perfettamente le nostre aspettative! È perfetta per brevi soggiorni di coppia o in solitaria. La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al centro storico di Siracusa e ad Ortigia. Il prezzo è piuttosto economico. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la colazione inclusa nel bar Agorà, vicinissimo all'abitazione e gestito dall'host, tutto davvero golosissimo e il personale davvero simpatico, consigliatissimo!

La cucina non era ben fornita dei vari utensili necessari (sebbene fosse comunque presente l'essenziale) e l'appartamento in generale era poco illuminato di luce naturale ma, avendo noi intenzione di stare fuori tutto il giorno, questo non ha minimamente condizionato la piacevolezza del soggiorno.

Being an entire apartment you have your privacy and the house is close to Ortigia. The surrounding are not noisy

The house is quite old, multiple holes were fixed with the expanding foam making the apartment look not that great. Hand soap was missing from the bathroom and the shower gel in the dispenser was diluted with water. The house has clearly a problem with ants as we saw a few as soon as we stepped in. I left my fridge bag downstairs overnight well closed and found a colony of ants trying to get in the next day. The hair dryer was overheating and stopped working until it cooled down. Shower was also stained and sewage smell was coming out from the pipes.

Apartma je na dobri lokaciji za ogled mesta. Poleg sobe je vključen zajtrk v bližnji kavarni, ki je bil presenetljivo dober. Cena je bila odlična. Na voljo je pralni stroj.

Apartma je že nekoliko obrabljen. Na odeji so bili madeži. Postelja je zelo majhna in po mojem mnenju premajhna za dva. Klima že nekaj časa ni bila očiščena.

Free car parking around the apartment.

The apartment was not nice, only a small window and you can't see outside. Everything was too old and dirty. Breakfast is not really a breakfast and the owner did not inform correctly for it. So I had no breakfast in first day. You need to walk a cafe somewhere close to have a coffee and croissant only. This is not breakfast. There was also no WiFi in first day. The owner first told me he didn't pay the bill that's why, then he changed his mind and told me it is a technical issue. Apartment is a bit far away from the historic centre. You need to walk like 30-35 minutes to reach there.

The place is close to many the great sites of the city. The bed is comfy and the sheets as well as provided towels were clean. For the price I paid it was an appropriate accommodation.

The kitchen is poorly supplied, the info on the ad for it are quite exaggerated. The whole place is quite dark, being it is not a 'house' but a duplex studio space build in the outer corner of a bigger building. so everything feels a bit crammed together. Also there's visible signs on how makeshift many of the installments and renovations are. I.e. traces of building foam or you would have to climb over the bed to get to a camping closet. For the time I stayed and the price I payed it was alright, but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who's looking for a place to enjoy a longer stay with at home cooking and relaxed evenings etc

bad position, during the day and the night a lot of apparently african people stay in the square beside the accomodation, screaming and drinking, we felt unsafe walking out in the evening. You have to leave your luggage downstairs, there is not enough space to carry it to the bedroom due to the microscopic stairs where a person barely passes by. Not clean, bad cigarettes smelt in the room, bathroom dirty, breakfast far away from the room and very poor. Parking it's out on the road and not private as announced
