Bad swimming pools cold

Every other year the swimming pools were at 29-30 degrees. THIS TIME WERE LIKE 24-25 DEGREES AND THAT IS TOO COOL IF THE WEATHER IS ALSO COLD. NEXT YEAR WE WLL TRY ANOTHER HOTEL OR DESTINATION THAT HEATS THE POOLS

The room smells awful. The foods aren’t good. There’s not much choices! However, all employees should n the resorts are hospitable and friendly.

Location was good. Pool was nice. The only personnel that is worth: barmen from the pool, Elizabeth from the time share (I didnt get any benefit nor I bought a time share but she was one of the very few friendly faces around)

The bathroom smelled like cigarrette quite a lot. I complained about it 3 times. I spent 4 night and they never offered to do something. AC didnt work fully. My friends changed 3 times room and it didnt get to work. There was a person smoking (cigarrette) at the pool. I told to the manager who was walking by and he did nothing. The lady that checked me in had the worst attitude I have seen in a while. Definitely not the fiest face you want to see coming in there. Food options were limited. Making reservations for the "specialty" restaurants amwas a nightmare. Instructions are also poorly communicate

I thought it would be a good option but it has been a total disappointment. Honestly, there is nothing positive about the hotel

I can list the things that disappointed us about the hotel: -staff: the training of the people is null, they have no customer service and no interest in service experience, all very disinterested, indifferent and some rude and arrogant. - hotel: our room was dirty and smelled musty and the air conditioning was not working (3 times I asked for a change, revision and nothing) and the truth was not willing to be bitter in my vacations. -food: everything of very very low and bad quality, I am not talking about the variety but the quality and definitely the restaurants where you have to book for dinner every night have been worse.

I thought the adult section of the pool beautiful and our rooms were great. The waiters by the pool and in the restauarnats were fantastic. Their front of house were not helpful in anyway - 2 of them didnt' know where the fitness center was.

The food was awful. During our visit, we were surprised to find that a photoshoot was taking place throughout the property. This not only restricted our ability to move freely around the resort but also made us uncomfortable, as many of the participants were not appropriately dressed. Additionally, it felt like an invasion of our privacy, as we often found ourselves in the background of the photos being taken. As a result, our experience was far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.
