La Pajarera prime location in San Miguel

It's a beautiful apartment.

The bathtub was very hard to get into and could be dangerous. Also, the bathroom sink was too high.

The property is so well thought out - so many details were exceptional.

Central location near park and cathedral, surprisingly quiet, safe, charming and private 2nd floor apartment in historic building. Very artsy, with separate sitting room and kitchen/bar area with stovetop, sink, fridge and microwave. Small private patio and rooftop area for residents only.

Shower/bath is awkwardly placed, could be physically challenging for some.

The apartment was beautiful! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The rooftop terrace was a cozy, relaxing place to read or view the gorgeous scenery. The bed was very comfortable with the softest sheets we have ever slept on. The location was perfect and the Bagel Cafe is right downstairs with personable owners who make fantastic food and coffee! Carmen the host met us at the property which was a lovely personal touch.

Unfortunately the peacefulness and tranquility of this beautiful place was broken when the apartment next door was rented to young kids who were hosting a birthday party two nights in a row. They opened the window that was in very close proximity to our bedroom and we were unable to sleep. They also left security door open for their party guests which resulted in a street vendor wandering into our secure area. Unfortunately, on this site there is no way to vet guests who book unlike Airbnb
