We stayed here with our family. 8 adults and 5 children ageing 2-7years old. The location was excellent and we all had our own rooms all with en suite and tv apart from 1 or 2 which was great. A family bathroom with a bath was great for the kids in the evening. Parking near by which was £25 for 48hrs. Lots of places to get food on the doorstep along with amusement and the Blackpool Tower. The Pleasure beach only being a 30 minute walk away or a short tram ride.

We paid a £500 refundable deposit which we did got back quickly after leaving although we felt quite stressed when there as there were many rules and fines that you could incur. The cleaning on a arrival was adequate as still some crumbs etc. Due to the deposit on damage I felt I needed to go through the house and photo all the imperfections before we started our trip as I was not wanting to loose £500. I felt on edge when in house and using kitchenware as these were deposit penalties if broken. The top landing (3rd floor) bannister was very low and was a worry with small kids around.

A great family space for 14 of us. Great location and comfy living space. The check in team were kind and friendly.

We don’t want to say anything negative but if an improvement was to be looked for then a mirror in the downstairs bedroom and more seating in the lounge, these would be great. Perhaps a fan or 2 for when it’s hot,

Location was great, very clean and very comfortable beds, fresh towels on arrival, easy access with the lock box, deposit returned quickly.. Blackpool brings lots of lovely memories to us all .. age range was 22 to 63 for my sons 30th birthday and what a fab time we had.. thank you for renting you beautiful home, it had everything.

The kitchen tap leaked from the side, when you turned it on everything to the left on the bench got soaking wet.. so don’t leave ya phones there.. had absolutely everything, could do with another couch or few more comfy chairs in living room, considering it’s for 16 people there’s on 7 can sit comfy, rest on high kitchen stools.. and my sister couldn’t sleep on the ground floor for the little in the back street (bottles and cans) rolling about.. but it wouldn’t stop us returning in the future.. had a lovely funny birthday weekend n thank you for renting us your beautiful home
