Everything was poorly
GBThe water was hot, & the room was nice. I can't use a code for discount for returning customers though. I would prefer a cheaper price as I can afford as less as possible.
The button of the light should be in a different area accessible, I had to be in the staircase & press it from there at first time to check the code on the door. It can be dangerous or not accessible for someone who is not tall.
