Posizione ottima per visitare Trento e spostersi nei paesi vicini anche con mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio vicino e comodo, ottima anche la possibilità di scelta per pranzare o cenare. Accoglienza da parte del gestore gentile e disponibile .

Un po' più attenzione alla pulizia, anche condominiale.
