Well, where do I start? After making the reservation, you receive a form to sign with requirements that even a six star hotel wouldn’t dare to make. For example: no visitors, no noise, and on top of that, threats,if you break any rule”the police will be called on you”. Fine, I agreed to pay the deposit. After entering my information and trying twice, the page just kept loading, loading, loading, and never completed. This went on for the whole afternoon. By the time they found a solution, I had already given up the check-in time had long passed. Anyway, if you decide to stay there, good luck, but consider yourself warned.

I love the location in town. It was right in the centre. Great value for money all the utilities in kitchen and bathroom are clean and work. The only thing I would like to let other people know is that this booking is on the third floor.

The lockbox for the apartment could need replacing as the lock box. Pulling down latch does not open the lock box. You have to force it after putting code in. Bed is not as comfortable as I would’ve liked, but I still got to sleep every night.

Town centre location although was loud outside because of this.

Uncomfortable bed, boiling hot with no air, shower did not work well. Tried to contact the staff but no answer numerous times.

The room was very nice,extremely clean & comfortable. The housekeeper was very,very kind,helpful,friendly & on site 24/7. The communal kitchen was great & very well kept. The receptionist although not based here was available on the phone for any queries. She was also very helpful especially with guidance of the making the booking & stayed on the phone for a long time helping. To enter the building you are given a code,then another code for the key box & stair door code too. In regards to safety 100%. The building from outside looks beautiful,shops & food places are literally on your doorstep.Also no parking outside however to the right as you exit there's a paid car park not even a 60 second walk,for 24 hrs just over £11 paid at the machine or by phone hourly if needed..Very easy to navigate.

The building doesn't have a lift so I initially found the stairs a lot as the room was on the 3rd floor.Im recovering from a severe knee & ankle injury.which is why I personally found it a struggle,however normally it wouldn't be a problem & good exercise. If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep,close the windows as there's a pub not far with club vibes & loud music However this didn't really bother us,the town itself has a lively night life. I would say if possible the mattresses need to be thicker & pillows larger too or maybe few more pillows. Overall a great stay.

Mattress was of poor qulaity and the pillows were of poor quality.
