Walking distance to the beach and a good bahn mi stand

Kinda far out, it's a grab ride to decent restaurants. Scooters parked where getting in or out of the building can be a challenge. You have to enter a number code to get in the front door, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It was not unusual to have to enter the code numerous times before it decides to let you in.

Fantastic location! The beach is literally a minutes walk away. The room was spacious and perfect for those who want to cook something with a sink, induction, and kettle available.

The property advertises a 24-hour front desk, however, that is simply not true. From late night to early morning, if you want drinking water, get locked outside, or anything else, then tough luck. The bathroom did not have a hand wash, so using the shower gel was the next best option. To pay for the booking they said there was a 8% charge on card, so cash is preferred. They said I could pay the next day by cash and after I agreed, they requested they keep my passport as a guarantee! I've never seen that before. Not sure if I would recommend this place to everyone. Depends on their expectations from the property.

Noisy air conditioning right over the head of the bed. Being charged 150,000 vds for having towels changed on 3rd day of a 5 night stay, because one towel had makeup on and the hotel don't do a hot wash. Resulting in 3 of us using our beach towels for the remainder of our stay, for fear any mark would upset the staff; and despite 3 other hotels in Vietnam on our recent travels, having no problem with make up on towels. Also, forcing us to hand-wash the hotel towels to ensure there was no marks on them when leaving. See photos. Failure to empty bins-When we asked if the staff could empty the bins, they professed to not understand English, but saw the bins were overflowing and needed emptying as would happen after 3 days,but left them overflowing when entering the rooms. Staff were nowhere to be seen and seemed inexperienced in hospitality when we did have contact.When we were going out for the day they came running over to us from a room at the back of the hotel to ask if we were checking out, which was really upsetting as we had already paid on the day of arrival, and we're really perplexed at their approach. No safe luggage storage- When we asked if we could leave our luggage after checking out, the only place available was by the front door on an unmanned reception area. Where two people had been sitting who were merely making enquiries, but no staff were dealing with them.The whole experience was very unsettling, and we couldn't wait to leave.
