We booked for one day and asked the staff to extend our stay. They initially agreed without any issues, but the next day, they tried to charge us more than the agreed price. The hotel itself is average, with good amenities and clean, cozy rooms, but it didn’t feel very welcoming. That’s why we decided to move to another place.

Nothing to like

We went there but no one was bothered to attend us. The guys at reception gave us a unkind look & were laughing in absurd way. We decided to move out.

Chaotic, dirty and unfriendly staff

The location, nice bathroom.

My room didn’t really have a window (a small balcony facing other people which you wouldn’t open anyway). The staff have little regard towards silence, the cleaner was blasting music in the morning, they were also creating a lot of noise around midnight (moving something?, running).

It’s in a very steep hilly area and you need to make an important effort to get to the main road. It was winter and very cold at night and they don’t have heat in the rooms. We got sick and catched a serious cold that ruined the rest of our trip and even though they tried to solve the the second night with a very small furnace for the room size it was still very cold and could not sleep.

The rooms are good and clean, the view of the mountains from the baconey is good, we had a great time going on the rooftop, the rate is also good, the staff behaviour is also good and the location of the hotel is also good, you should send other people there and chill, thank you

The hotel has it all beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms,and excellent service nice place close to river n main highway as well very nice rooftop must visit.
