PHThe owner, Ms Anne is really accommodating. She's very natural and make sure that our tours are prepared and our shuttle going to Baguio will pick us up from her place. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. This includes the room and toilet. She also have a store and serves all-day breakfast meals. I recommend to let her book your tour because our tour guide Jory is very accommodating, kind and with sense of humor, too. Anyway she won't charge more for that because tours in Sagada have fix rates. People here in Sagada are honest and helpful. They won't charge you more than what it's worth. So I suggest giving tip to them.
The place is a little far from the town center but that isn't an issue for us because we are dropped and picked up by tour shuttle and van going to Baguio from our accommodation with no extra charge. The data and signal is also not that good but the owner let's us connect with free wifi.

far from the city center not a walking distance as advertised. unrealible staff nearly missed our transport back to Bagiuo as the driver didn’t turn up at agreed time 04:00 . The only staff receptionist still fast asleep have to knock hard next door to ask where she is !….finally got hold of her says we have to wait for the driver (unsure when it’s already 04:40 am our transport at the town center leaves at 05:00 ) prior to this , 2 foreigners also had a massive complaints as soon as they arrived due to false un updated advert of the site. Overall needs plenty of improvement .
