De taxichauffeur uit Bari kende de locatie en zette ons verkeerd af, waardoor we B&B niet vonden. Dankzij de vriendelijke lokale bevolking kwamen we bij de verhuurder terecht en kregen we een uitstekende, vriendelijke service. De volledige uitrusting : meubilair, hygiëne, keuken, TV, linnengoed.... Rustige, verkeersvrije ligging in het oude, pittoreske gedeelte van Bitonto scoorde hoog op gezelligheid. Er werd ook gezorgd dat de taxi bij vertrek op tijd ons kon naar de luchthaven rijden.

We hebben moeten zoeken naar de locatie, maar werden vooral op de verkeerde plaats gedumpt door de taxichauffeur van Bari. ... Dat Italianen niet echt sterk zijn in andere talen, maar dat verholpen kon worden door een vertalingsapp.

On a positive note, the host was extremely welcoming and eager to assist us with any issues we encountered. They were quick to respond to our concerns, a quality we sincerely appreciated. It's clear that the host takes guest satisfaction seriously, which gives us hope that the issues we experienced could be promptly addressed for future guests.

Our stay at these apartments was rather disappointing due to several factors. Primarily, the smell of smoke that lingered in our room created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As non-smokers, we found this especially unpleasant and it marred our overall experience.

It was on one night reservation , but the stay was really stressful. :-(

The place was really cold! We agreed with the host to reserve a parking place and because we decided at the location that we won't need it, the host considered to text me, 3.00 o'clock in the night, asking for money. Sorry but on my mind at that late our was to sleep my baby and pay the parking first thing in the morning, which we really did. I do not know why you understood otherwise.. Booking should interfere this kind of issues. Disappointing :-(

A unique, very pleasant, well-furnished, comfortable and hospitable place and from the host - attentive, kind, helpful, caring, honest and good! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You helped us have unforgettable moments and made us very happy!

Great location in the heart of Bitonto, historical building with good facilities, friendly host, and great value for money.

The check-in procedure was overly complicated.
