MYWalking distance to the beach. Near to food stall at night.
The toilet door need a repair. The apartment pool not well maintain. The chair a bit broken. If you want breakfast need to go Teluk Bahang. This area only alive at night. Only one stall open early in the morning.

MYThis apartment is conveniently located right across from BayView and Hardrock Hotel. The check-in process is straightforward, with the added benefit of no deposit required—a great plus for guests. Situated on the 10th floor (with elevator access), the apartment offers a lovely view of the beach and stunning sunrise views. The living room is comfortable and inviting, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. Ferringhi Walk is also just a 2-3 minute drive away.
The apartment has two rooms in total. The first room has an attached bathroom, but there was an unpleasant odor, similar to urine, and the table in the room was quite dusty. The second bathroom is outside the room, but the shower head was missing—apparently broken by previous guests. I noticed the shower head left on the bathroom shelf, which seemed to be overlooked by the cleaner. I took a picture and informed the owner. The owner was very attentive and friendly, noting all the details I shared politely. She promptly addressed the issue, as she expected the apartment to be in spotless condition from her cleaner. She assured me she would follow up with her cleaning staff immediately.
