This apartment is in the most beautiful location. So spacious and comfortable and has everything you need and more. A lot of thought has gone in to the little extra touches, like Scottish books & DVDs, Irn Bru in the fridge and ice in the freezer, as well as all the basics for a self catering stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, condiments and more. Well equipped for entertainment when you need a rest from exploring this lovely area of Edinburgh. Good Wi-Fi, tv and board games. Would definitely recommend this apartment. We loved it and didn’t want to leave! Thank you.

Didn’t see any instructions on how to use the heating, but we managed it with the help of Google!

"Truly the best"

It was absolutely the best! Had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The views were astounding, and it was within reach of everywhere we needed to be.

We had to give the vacuum cleaner a good clean out - it was so clogged up with hair and dust, it wouldn’t have lifted a fly. Other than that, it was amazing and we’d highly recommend this apartment.

"A stunning central apartment with incredible riverside views."

A wonderful central apartment with stunning views. Located by the river in the picture-perfect location of Dean Village. Very peaceful, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a coffee in the mornings. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The place is professionally cleaned and was spotless when we arrived. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, boutiques and a supermarket. Had a fantastic stay, can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be coming back again!
