Primroses, Wood Farm

Very well presented and excellent host

The cottage was huge and extremely well appointed. There were so many thoughtful touches such as rosè and pretzels, fruit cake and milk, hot chocolate and marshmallows, toiletries and much more. The beds were super comfortable, fluffy towels and bath robes were a bonus. Elsa greeted us and was so friendly and welcoming. Two days wasn't enough of a stay in this beautiful cottage. I'd highly recommend this cottage to everyone.

Elsa (the host) gave us a warm and enthusiastic welcome, which was lovely. Primroses is a beautiful spacious property that meets all your needs. The added extras of bread, milk, preserves, sachets of drinks etc was a very nice touch. These acts of kindness raises the standards and it's this attention to detail offered by the hosts, which will want us to return again, if ever we're in the area. In our opinion, you will not be disappointed choosing to stay here. We are very well travelled and in our opinion we would say this is the quietest place we have ever stayed at. There was no road noise and we did not hear anything from the adjoining property (where Elsa and Adam live). That was a huge benefit which definitely elevated the comfort of our stay. Photos don’t do this place justice.. it is huge! Absolutely spotlessly clean, massive comfy bed, loads of complementary extras. The hosts are the best and so helpful. Hope to stay again when back in the area and would highly recommend.

Primroses was spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful. Elsa greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and accommodating. We were amazed at the size of the bungalow: the pictures don't do it justice - there's so much space! It was very well equipped: every need was catered for and Elsa had included some complimentary extras which was very thoughtful of her. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return just to spend time there!
