NEW BARN CONVERSION WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB

Gorgeous location, stunning views, beautiful property which is thoughtfully and fully equipped with an extremely generous amount of complimentary products - tea, coffee, fresh eggs, jams, biscuits etc. The freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are great additions and we were able to have a grocery shop delivered so we did not have to spend precious time shopping. As we were staying while attending our daughter’s wedding there was more to think about than a normal relaxed holiday, and Sue was fantastic, bringing in a full length mirror and even an additional upright chair for an older family member who could not manage the sofa. She could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Hot tub large and very well maintained, additional towels provided for it, ample parking, sheep and chickens on site. We really did not want to leave and Can’t wait to return as there is so much to do nearby but we didn’t have chance this time.

Maybe brief notes on operating the appliances - you know what it is like when they are different to the ones you are used to, and yes I did accidentally turn on the grill instead of the oven and burn the croissants!!!!!😂

Property had everything! Beautiful views and facilities were above and beyond. Exceptional quality.

This is excellent accommodation where your every need is catered for. We couldn't fault it.

The only tiny concern we had was the lack of a handrail on the steps at the side of the property.

. Peaceful place to relax. Beautifully decorated. Private outdoor seating area and hot tub.

Our stay in the barn conversion was lovely - we couldn't have asked for more! We arrived to a welcome hamper of breakfast cereals, fresh eggs, jams, biscuits and the kitchenware fully equipped with everything that we needed to make our own meals whilst there. Everything was clean, welcoming including the hot tub and I spent a good amount of my stay in there! It was especially nice after a long walk around Baitings reservoir and a walk back through Ripponden with a stop off at Ripponden wine company shop! We are looking at coming back again in the future it was such a fantastic relaxing weekend.
