- bardzo dobra lokalizacja (bliskość centrum, sklepów i restauracji) - bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie - możliwość dodatkowej rezerwacji garażu podziemnego - bardzo dobry kontakt z Panią Margheritą - dostępny ekspres kapsułkowy + darmowa pula kapsułek (co nas pozytywnie zaskoczyło)

- jedynie do czego możemy się przyczepić to niewygodne łóżko, ale jest to też kwestia indywidualna
