Exceptional property . Host was very responsive and provided plenty of additional information and recommendations and great service . The host met us and took time to explain and assist with parking in the ZTL zone . Good air con, boutique style fixtures , bathrobes , very comfortable bed and high quality bedding . Great place to stay would highly recommend close to everything walking within 15 mins

The bed was rather uncomfortable, uneven. The apartment rather smaller than expected for the money paid.

Struttura moderna, pulitissima, elegante, nel centro storico di Palermo, in posizione strategica a 2 passi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Apprezzatissima macchina del caffè, romantico e pratico balconcino.

Lage und Ausstattung sind top. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt!

I followed the email process. It was clear. The representative was succenct and informative.

No complaints.

The apartment was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. We had 2 bedrooms (kids slept on a sofa bed, which was still very comfortable). It was very clean, had a coffee machine, kettle, and other useful amenities. It was just outside of the nightly hustle and bustle, so no noise while you’re trying to sleep. And only a 2 minute walk to the main strip. There is a 24 hour laundromat only a 3 minute walk down the road, a public carpark across the street, and a small convenience store and eateries to the left and right of the apartment. I would definitely recommend and stay again! To top it off, the host, Cristiano, was absolutely amazing, he was so helpful with recommendations for places to visit, eat, and see. He also helped us with several questions we had about parking and ZTL passes. Overall, absolutely perfect.

The host was so friendly and went out of his way to meet us, get us settled, send numerous recommendations, and ordered us a driver to meet us at the airport to bring us to the flat. The location was perfect and nearby to many tourist spots we wanted to visit.
