Absolutely nothing!!!!

The lodge was very dirty. The owners were not helpful, my husband and I were bitten by bedbugs all over. The rooms were smelly. Unhygienic too. The drainage in the shower was not running, i told the receptionist but she was incapacitated, she looked very unhappy too but she was nice. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I asked to leave the first night we arrived but they declined to give us our refund for the rest of the stay. The photos deceived us 😞

"A Shocking Disgrace – Avoid This Guest House at All Costs"

It was a thoroughly disappointing experience that failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The only good to say about this accommodation is its proximity to a big mall. Other than that I do not recommend to stay here.

Staying at 57 ON WYNNE was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I’ve ever endured. This establishment not only failed to meet the most basic standards of hospitality but also blatantly deceived its guests with false advertising and appalling service. False Advertising: The property was marketed as a pet-friendly, modern, and well-maintained guest house. In reality, it was none of these things. Upon arrival, I was shown to what could only be described as a re-purposed garage, despite having booked a deluxe room. When I requested the room I had paid for, I was met with a curt response: “It’s not possible.” Even basic necessities came at an additional cost. Shockingly, I was told I would have to pay extra for toilet paper and towels. Such practices are outrageous and unethical. Cleanliness: The level of filth was appalling. Stained bedding, thick layers of dust, and a damp, musty odor pervaded the room. The bathroom was a disaster – mold-infested with broken fixtures that appeared untouched for years. Over my entire 7-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. When I asked the owner to address this, I was bluntly informed that cleaning services are not provided. Amenities: Nothing advertised was actually provided. Wi-Fi was virtually nonexistent, and hot water was intermittent at best. The so-called “quiet” guest house was a cacophony of screaming and shouting guests, with the owner making no attempt to enforce basic rules of civility. The noise was unbearable and made rest impossible. Staff and Service: The owner was shockingly rude, dismissive, and utterly indifferent to guest concerns. Requests for clean towels were ignored entirely. The overall attitude of the management bordered on hostile, leaving me feeling more like an unwelcome intruder than a paying guest. I strongly urge others to stay far away from this establishment. Rating: 0/5 (If that were possible)
