Clean and spacious and only a 15 min walk into the old city of Matera.

The only thing was the WIFI could have been stronger but it didn’t really matter for two nights.

The apartment was situated only i a short walk from the old town and was easy to find. We were greeted on arrival by our host, Angelo, and he showed us around the apartment and offered great advice for what to do and see in the area. The apartment was well appointed and sparkling clean and a good selection of breakfast choices. I would highly recommend this apartment

Nothing to report - everything was perfect!

We wanted to visit Matera, but also to be able to park comfortably near the place that we would sleep. This apartment met all our requirements and even more! I would base my evaluation on three points: 1. Location: For us 10 out of 10. The apartment is situated in a new building on a quiet street. For less than 10 minutes you will reach the panoramic terrace and the entrance of the old town (Sassi di Matera). From there you can make breathtaking panoramic pictures and have very nice walk on a touristic route. The location of the structure is very good also if you want to have lunch or dinner in the old or the new town, as there are some good restaurants nearby. You can park the car on the street in front of the building. 2. The apartment: 10 out of 10. The apartment is very well furnished. It is super clean and new. You have a big screen TV at the living room in front of the couch and another TV at the bedroom. In the modern kitchen you will find all the appliances that you need if you want to cook. In the fridge you will find fresh milk, fruit juices and some products. You can have a good breakfast with cornetti, plum cakes and more. 3. The host: 10 out of 10. The host was really kind and welcoming. He showed and explained to us everything that we need to know without a hurry and was at our disposal for everything that we need. He will give you also good advice if you need some good place to eat or directions if you need to go somewhere. In conclusion, we highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a worry free stay at Matera.
