It has a good location.

The property was locked when I arrived. There was no signage outside saying it was the Black Tree Hotel. Inside the room it was mouldy below the air conditioner and in a ceiling corner of the shower. There was a mouldy corner in the room. The armchair had stains on it. A pillowcase was ripped and had spots from mould or mildew. There were visible gaps around the door and doorframe. Some fixtures were broken or generally in poor condition. I did not stay after seeing the condition of the room. I was offered to change rooms but did not feel comfortable there so I found alternative accommodation. I was not offered a refund for either of the two nights I booked. This is in no way a 4 star property as claimed on booking.com.
