House of Lion Hostel

Had a really great time at this hostel. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is so friendly thanks to all the amazing people staying here. Definitely recommend if you want a social and comfortable place!

I honestly had such a good time staying here. The AC is seriously one of the best parts — it actually works properly and keeps the place nice and cool all the time, which you really appreciate in Langkawi. The volunteers are awesome, super helpful and easygoing. They’re always around if you need anything and make everything feel really relaxed and friendly. There’s also a shared kitchen which, for me, is a big plus. It just makes everything easier and more comfortable, especially if you’re staying a bit longer. And I want to give a special shoutout to Mantra — you can really feel the positive energy she brings to the place. She’s done an amazing job creating such a welcoming vibe. Honestly, for me, this is the best hostel in Langkawi. I’d definitely come back again.

Super freundliche und sympathische Besitzerin, die den Gästen jeden Tag einen Barbesuch, ein gemeinsames Abendessen o. ä. vorgeschlagen hat. Perfekt, um andere Reisende kennenzulernen!

La realidad es que nada la habitación es muy estrecha y las literas triples pedí de dormir abajo y no se hizo ningún esfuerzo...TB el primer día pregunté disponibilidad por más noches por si me quedaba pero nunca tuve respuesta...el sitio está limpio pero nunca vi un dorm tan agobiante...al final escogí otro sitio para las últimas dos noches y el cambio se nota..
