A very spacious and well looked after property in a convenient location just on the edge of Matamata. All the sights (including Hobbiton™ Movie Set) are just a short drive away. The accommodation is well-equipped, with a large living area and a well-designed kitchenette where you can easily cook a full bacon’n’egg breakfast with the well-stocked supplies. The sweet treats and homemade bread were very delicious. All the bathroom amenities were excellent! Kylie was an exceptional host whenever we had any queries, but otherwise kept a low profile to give plenty of privacy the rest of the time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *\(^o^)/*

Kylie the host is exceptional. So much love put into this property and Incredible detail. There is home-made bread, Farm fresh eggs, little sweet treats, fresh yoghurt and fruit. There are beautiful Aesop products in the bathroom, Dyson hairdryer and there’s even a pillow menu ! More than what you get a five star hotel these days. You can feed the sheep and the little baby pigs and the chickens if you like - adds to the beautiful Farm experience. Highly recommend.

Great comfortable place to stay. Great for kids, our toddler loved the animals and riding the little toy car around. Great breakfast for the morning. The host was very accomodating.

Kylie is really very enthusiastic. She prepared freshly baked bread, as well as farm-fresh eggs. All the items are of high quality. The children are also very cute. Thank you all. I wish everything goes well. If you want to visit Hobbit Town, this place is definitely the best place to stay. It's very convenient to have meals in the town and it's only a 2-minute drive from the meeting point.

"One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in."

It was modern, clean, comfortable. The hostess left delicious brownies, ice cream, fruit, fresh (still warm) bread, fresh orange juice, milk, and bacon and eggs (which we cooked) for breakfast. The nespresso machine with milk frother was great too. The apartment is very private, and very close to Matamata.
